Prior to establishing Create Possibilities, Dawn held a Senior Strategic Management role with a major global banking group, with a prime focus on, innovation in learning, team based learning, action learning and coaching as well as providing expertise across the diverse business units to develop and oversee implementation of learning strategy, curriculum design, competency development and sales skill development to ensure a consistent customer experience.
